Mississippi Some Other Race Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Mississippi voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 37,236 people who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 1.64% of the total voting-age population of Mississippi.

Harrison County had the highest number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population (3,993), followed by DeSoto County (3,829), and Jackson County (3,163).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Quitman County (4), Jefferson County (5), and Issaquena County (10).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Scott County had the highest percentage, with 8.83% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Jones County (3.60%), and Pontotoc County (3.44%).
