According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the North Dakota voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 8,387 people who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 1.41% of the total voting-age population of North Dakota.

Cass County had the highest number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population (1,541), followed by Williams County (1,104), and Ward County (1,032).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Slope County (0), Billings County (0), and Grant County (2).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, McKenzie County had the highest percentage, with 4.69% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Williams County (3.71%), and Walsh County (3.51%).
