South Dakota Some Other Race Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the South Dakota voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 10,436 people who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 1.56% of the total voting-age population of South Dakota.

Minnehaha County had the highest number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population (3,783), followed by Pennington County (1,087), and Beadle County (770).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Jones County (0), Buffalo County (0), and Ziebach County (2).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Beadle County had the highest percentage, with 5.53% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Aurora County (5.20%), and Grant County (3.17%).
