Mississippi White Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Mississippi voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 1,328,758 people who identified their race as White Alone, which is 58.34% of the total voting-age population of Mississippi.

Harrison County had the highest number of White Alone voting-age population (103,499), followed by Rankin County (88,484), and DeSoto County (85,937).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of White Alone voting-age population were: Issaquena County (479), Jefferson County (799), and Sharkey County (832).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Tishomingo County had the highest percentage, with 92.42% of its voting-age population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Itawamba County (89.67%), and George County (87.23%).
