Montana White Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Montana voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 737,204 people who identified their race as White Alone, which is 86.72% of the total voting-age population of Montana.

Yellowstone County had the highest number of White Alone voting-age population (110,619), followed by Gallatin County (86,048), and Missoula County (83,137).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of White Alone voting-age population were: Petroleum County (390), Treasure County (546), and Golden Valley County (602).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Fallon County had the highest percentage, with 95.97% of its voting-age population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Liberty County (95.91%), and Garfield County (95.76%).
