According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2015, the death rate for Indiana was 9.53. Vermillion County had the highest death rate (14.59), followed by Blackford County (14.16), and Wayne County (13.55). On the other hand, Hamilton County had the lowest death rate (5.23), followed by Tippecanoe County (6.42), and Monroe County (6.43).
