According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2015, the death rate for Michigan was 9.7. Alcona County had the highest death rate (19.06), followed by Ontonagon County (18.32), and Iosco County (16.97). On the other hand, Washtenaw County had the lowest death rate (6.03), followed by Isabella County (6.74), and Ottawa County (6.81).
