Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 174,890 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Idaho and they represented 10.72% of the total population of Idaho in 2014. Canyon County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (45,265), followed by Ada County (29,200), and Bonneville County (11,834). On the other hand, Camas County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (63), followed by Adams County (99), and Lewis County (113).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Clark County had the highest percentage (40.83%), followed by Jerome County (31.57%), and Minidoka County (31.32%).
