Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, there were 509,621 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Massachusetts and they represented 7.71% of the total population of Massachusetts in 2011. Suffolk County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (110,244), followed by Essex County (92,575), and Middlesex County (87,735). On the other hand, Dukes County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (301), followed by Nantucket County (956), and Franklin County (1,981).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Hampden County had the highest percentage (17.16%), followed by Suffolk County (14.95%), and Essex County (12.32%).
