Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (118,806), followed by Wake County (88,231), and Forsyth County (37,842). On the other hand, Gates County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (201), followed by Graham County (221), and Bertie County (233).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Duplin County had the highest percentage (18.63%), followed by Lee County (16.42%), and Sampson County (15.75%).
