Franklin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (2,425), followed by Cuyahoga County (1,906), and Hamilton County (1,162). On the other hand, Monroe County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (18), followed by Harrison County (27), and Holmes County (28).
