St. Louis County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (232,885), followed by Jackson County (160,037), and St. Louis city (156,540). On the other hand, Schuyler County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (1), followed by Scotland County (3), and Carter County (5).
