Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 456,876 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Alaska and they represented 61.99% of the total population of Alaska in 2014. Anchorage Borough had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (180,085), followed by Matanuska-Susitna Borough (79,089), and Fairbanks North Star Borough (71,295). On the other hand, Yakutat City and Borough had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (238), followed by Kusilvak Borough (302), and Aleutians East Borough (373).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Skagway Borough had the highest percentage (85.01%), followed by Denali Borough (83.66%), and Kenai Peninsula Borough (81.42%).
