Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, there were 437,383 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Alaska and they represented 59.51% of the total population of Alaska in 2021. Anchorage Borough had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (162,076), followed by Matanuska-Susitna Borough (86,660), and Fairbanks North Star Borough (65,936). On the other hand, Yakutat City and Borough had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (258), followed by Kusilvak Borough (269), and Aleutians East Borough (276).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Skagway Borough had the highest percentage (80.04%), followed by Kenai Peninsula Borough (79.42%), and Matanuska-Susitna Borough (78.07%).
