Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 11,016,848 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in New York and they represented 56.10% of the total population of New York in 2016. Suffolk County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (1,019,824), followed by Kings County (951,389), and Nassau County (830,059). On the other hand, Hamilton County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,348), followed by Schuyler County (17,141), and Yates County (23,851).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Lewis County had the highest percentage (96%), followed by Hamilton County (95.39%), and Schuyler County (95.36%).
