Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, there were 10,104,942 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 79.50% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2010. Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (987,801), followed by Montgomery County (632,813), and Philadelphia County (564,803). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,976), followed by Forest County (5,841), and Sullivan County (6,069).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Elk County had the highest percentage (98.18%), followed by Cameron County (97.95%), and Jefferson County (97.93%).
