Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 10,042,939 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 78.65% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2012. Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (986,166), followed by Montgomery County (631,768), and Philadelphia County (561,102). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,855), followed by Forest County (5,663), and Sullivan County (6,032).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Elk County had the highest percentage (97.91%), followed by Jefferson County (97.7%), and Cameron County (97.61%).
