Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 9,779,923 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 75.26% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2020. Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (971,896), followed by Montgomery County (638,265), and Philadelphia County (546,483). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,341), followed by Forest County (4,789), and Sullivan County (5,448).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Elk County had the highest percentage (97.23%), followed by Jefferson County (97.13%), and Armstrong County (96.93%).
