Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 3,086,368 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in South Carolina and they represented 63.94% of the total population of South Carolina in 2014. Greenville County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (334,641), followed by Charleston County (241,666), and Horry County (230,532). On the other hand, Allendale County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (2,205), followed by McCormick County (4,757), and Bamberg County (5,403).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Pickens County had the highest percentage (86.5%), followed by Oconee County (85.14%), and Anderson County (77.86%).
