Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 4,867,141 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Tennessee and they represented 74.91% of the total population of Tennessee in 2013. Davidson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (376,015), followed by Knox County (370,555), and Shelby County (350,928). On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,869), followed by Lake County (5,226), and Van Buren County (5,400).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Scott County had the highest percentage (97.69%), followed by Hancock County (97.49%), and Pickett County (97.09%).
