Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 352,043 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Kansas and they represented 12.09% of the total population of Kansas in 2018.

Sedgwick County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (76,640), followed by Wyandotte County (48,387), and Johnson County (46,795). On the other hand, Jewell County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (71), followed by Gove County (72), and Trego County (73).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Seward County had the highest percentage (62.44%), followed by Ford County (55.27%), and Finney County (50.18%).
