Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, there were 726,344 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Pennsylvania and they represented 5.71% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2010.

Philadelphia County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (189,175), followed by Berks County (67,998), and Lehigh County (66,342). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (21), followed by Sullivan County (93), and Fulton County (124).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Lehigh County had the highest percentage (18.95%), followed by Berks County (16.5%), and Monroe County (13.22%).
