According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the net domestic migration for Iowa was -7,799. Dallas County had the highest net domestic migration (2,387) followed by Warren County (598), and Dickinson County (278). On the other hand, Black Hawk County had the lowest net domestic migration (-895), followed by Scott County (-884), and Woodbury County (-651).
