According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net domestic migration for Kansas was -14,784. Johnson County had the highest net domestic migration (1,581) followed by Leavenworth County (513), and Miami County (419). On the other hand, Sedgwick County had the lowest net domestic migration (-2,875), followed by Geary County (-2,200), and Riley County (-2,092).
