According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net domestic migration for Kansas was -7,409. Johnson County had the highest net domestic migration (1,314) followed by Leavenworth County (474), and Butler County (348). On the other hand, Wyandotte County had the lowest net domestic migration (-3,214), followed by Riley County (-1,406), and Geary County (-1,363).
