According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net domestic migration for Kansas was -7,004. Johnson County had the highest net domestic migration (1,305) followed by Leavenworth County (428), and Butler County (353). On the other hand, Wyandotte County had the lowest net domestic migration (-3,238), followed by Geary County (-1,369), and Riley County (-896).
