According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net domestic migration for Kansas was -4,574. Sedgwick County had the highest net domestic migration (889) followed by Miami County (559), and Leavenworth County (411). On the other hand, Wyandotte County had the lowest net domestic migration (-1,754), followed by Geary County (-1,252), and Riley County (-800).
