According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net domestic migration for Massachusetts was -3,074. Plymouth County had the highest net domestic migration (1,217) followed by Norfolk County (1,163), and Essex County (1,114). On the other hand, Suffolk County had the lowest net domestic migration (-2,643), followed by Hampden County (-2,539), and Worcester County (-1,149).
