According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2012, the net domestic migration for Nevada was 13,393. Clark County had the highest net domestic migration (11,568) followed by Washoe County (1,430), and Elko County (1,127). On the other hand, Churchill County had the lowest net domestic migration (-517), followed by Lyon County (-435), and Carson City (-202).

Net Domestic Migration for a given county refers to the the difference between number of people moving to the county from other parts of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico).
