According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the net domestic migration for North Dakota was -2,766. Stark County had the highest net domestic migration (304) followed by Cass County (264), and Williams County (180). On the other hand, Grand Forks County had the lowest net domestic migration (-615), followed by Ward County (-614), and Stutsman County (-178).
