According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net domestic migration for Oregon was 26,053. Deschutes County had the highest net domestic migration (4,463) followed by Lane County (3,161), and Marion County (3,065). On the other hand, Multnomah County had the lowest net domestic migration (-2,875), followed by Hood River County (-231), and Umatilla County (-35).

Net Domestic Migration for a given county refers to the the difference between number of people moving to the county from other parts of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico).
