According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the net domestic migration for Pennsylvania was -20,854. Montgomery County had the highest net domestic migration (2,549) followed by Cumberland County (2,367), and Butler County (1,111). On the other hand, Philadelphia County had the lowest net domestic migration (-13,894), followed by Allegheny County (-3,839), and Lancaster County (-1,165).
