According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net domestic migration for South Carolina was 51,073. Horry County had the highest net domestic migration (11,532) followed by York County (6,685), and Spartanburg County (6,606). On the other hand, Orangeburg County had the lowest net domestic migration (-518), followed by Florence County (-458), and Sumter County (-325).
