Madison County had the highest net domestic migration rate (30.91) followed by Van Buren County (30.52), and Marion County (27.23). On the other hand, Phillips County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-27.24), followed by Desha County (-21.54), and Jefferson County (-18.98).
