According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the net domestic migration rate for Maryland was -2.86. Frederick County had the highest net domestic migration rate (24.46) followed by Worcester County (23.24), and Queen Anne's County (16.96). On the other hand, Prince George's County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-15.04), followed by Baltimore city (-11.41), and Montgomery County (-11.22).
