According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the net international migration for North Carolina was 13,387. Mecklenburg County had the highest net international migration (4,206) followed by Wake County (2,854), and Durham County (1,271). On the other hand, Chatham County had the lowest net international migration (-13), followed by Davie County (-11), and Rutherford County (-6).
