According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net international migration for South Carolina was 5,742. Richland County had the highest net international migration (1,055) followed by Greenville County (883), and Beaufort County (469). On the other hand, Cherokee County had the lowest net international migration (-8), followed by Colleton County (-6), and Edgefield County (-3).
