According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2019, the net international migration for South Carolina was 7,353. Greenville County had the highest net international migration (1,860) followed by Richland County (1,044), and Charleston County (589). On the other hand, Newberry County had the lowest net international migration (-9), followed by Barnwell County (-5), and McCormick County (-3).
