Aleutians East Borough had the highest net international migration rate (16.47) followed by Aleutians West Borough (14.74), and Denali Borough (8.96). On the other hand, Skagway Borough had the lowest net international migration rate (0), followed by Prince of Wales-Hyder Borough (0), and Kusilvak Borough (0).

Net International migration rate for a given county refers to the difference between number of people moving to the county from other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia) and the number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States per 1,000 of the mid-year population of the county.
