According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net international migration rate for Idaho was 0.27. Blaine County had the highest net international migration rate (5.36) followed by Jerome County (5.06), and Lincoln County (2.61). On the other hand, Power County had the lowest net international migration rate (-2.1), followed by Payette County (-1.2), and Minidoka County (-1.16).

Net International migration rate for a given county refers to the difference between number of people moving to the county from other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia) and the number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States per 1,000 of the mid-year population of the county.
