According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Nebraska was -0.06. Loup County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (32.68) followed by Grant County (24.22), and Arthur County (17.41). On the other hand, Rock County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-42.55), followed by Cheyenne County (-38.63), and Morrill County (-26.89).
