According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2015, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Texas was 10.64. Loving County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (278.85), followed by King County (66.42), and Hudspeth County (59.12). On the other hand, Hartley County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-65.11), followed by Terrell County (-47.48), and Dawson County (-38.56).
