Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Natural Population Increase Rate per 1K for the United States was 4.71. Among all US counties, Geary County had the highest natural population increase rate (24.15), followed by Kusilvak Borough (24.07), and Madison County (23.57).

On the other hand, Eddy County had the lowest natural population increase rate (-15.63) followed by Harding County (-14.26), and Esmeralda County (-14.17).
