Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, among all US states and DC, Oklahoma had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (333.20K), followed by Arizona (279.07K), and New Mexico (183.76K).

On the other hand, District of Columbia had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (1.41K), followed by Vermont (2.01K), and New Hampshire (2.81K).
