Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Asian (5.62M), followed by New York (1.68M), and Texas (1.33M).

On the other hand, Wyoming had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian (5.46K), followed by Montana (8.69K), and Vermont (10.93K).
