Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Asian (5.75M), followed by New York (1.70M), and Texas (1.39M).

On the other hand, Wyoming had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian (5.74K), followed by Montana (9.05K), and Vermont (11.88K).
