Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Asian (5.85M), followed by New York (1.72M), and Texas (1.43M).

On the other hand, Wyoming had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian (5.98K), followed by Montana (9.31K), and Vermont (11.96K).
