Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all US states and DC, Georgia had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (2.93M), followed by Texas (2.91M), and Florida (2.89M).

On the other hand, Montana had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (3.81K), followed by Wyoming (4.43K), and Vermont (6.06K).
