Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (136.84K), followed by Hawaii (134.54K), and Washington (41.70K).

On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (153), followed by District of Columbia (233), and Delaware (271).
