Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (138.70K), followed by Hawaii (136.01K), and Washington (43.18K).

On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (154), followed by District of Columbia (247), and Delaware (287).
