Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (140.15K), followed by Hawaii (136.87K), and Washington (44.83K).

On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (160), followed by District of Columbia (285), and Delaware (312).
